Fuel Credit is an early-access blockchain credit application. Blockchain activity is public independently of this policy.

Anonymous product analytics

Optional product analytics are off by default. The app asks before enabling them and honors browser Do Not Track. A user may decline without losing protocol functionality; the choice remains in that browser's local storage.

When allowed, the app sends only allowlisted operational categories to Cloudflare:

• network (testnet or mainnet) and normalized application route;
• action category, such as wallet connection, faucet, quote, loan open, repayment, claim, or finalization;
• sanitized success, failure, blocked, and error categories; and
• timestamp and bounded duration.

The analytics pipeline does not persist wallet addresses or hashes, transaction IDs, signatures, session or flow identifiers, IP addresses, credentials, entered amounts, or raw error messages. Cloudflare may process ordinary HTTP request metadata transiently to deliver and protect the endpoint under its own policies.

Cloudflare Analytics Engine receives these anonymous dimensions. A queue sends the same restricted dimensions to per-network Durable Objects, which retain hourly aggregates for 31 days. Six-hour operational reports contain aggregate counts only. Duplicate queue deliveries are deduplicated. Rows older than 31 days are deleted automatically during ingestion/reporting.

To change a choice, clear the site's local storage and reload. Collection stops immediately when consent is denied or Do Not Track is enabled. Previously aggregated anonymous counters cannot reasonably be linked back to a browser or wallet.

Public blockchain data

Fuel transactions, addresses, balances, contract calls, and events are public and may be permanently available from nodes, explorers, indexers, and third parties. Fuel Credit indexes this public protocol state to provide loan and global statistics. We cannot delete or alter the blockchain.

Data we never intentionally collect

We never intentionally collect private keys, seed phrases, recovery material, passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, bot tokens, bank/payment-card credentials, arbitrary wallet signatures, or raw wallet/RPC errors. Never send these through the Service or support channels.

Purposes and sharing

Anonymous aggregates are used to operate, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. Cloudflare provides hosting, queues, databases, analytics, logs, and security services. We do not sell personal data or use analytics for third-party behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

Anonymous hourly product rollups are retained for 31 days. Public indexed blockchain state follows protocol operational retention. Security logs controlled by infrastructure providers may have separate retention. Access is limited to authorized operators and credentials are stored as Cloudflare secrets, never in reports or source control.

Rights and contact

Depending on location, users may have privacy rights. Anonymous aggregates cannot be located by wallet or browser because the pipeline deliberately stores no such identifiers. Requests concerning other offchain information may be sent to legal@fuel.sh. Blockchain records cannot be deleted.
